Win a free study visit to Vienna

We're offering CIH South East students the opportunity to win one or two free places on our housing study trip to Vienna, which runs from 13-17 April 2010.
If you are interested in entering our study visit competition, your task is to write a short report (max 2,500 words):
'The Homes and Communities Agency (the new social housing regulator), headed by Bob Kerslake, and the Tenant Services Authority, headed by Peter Marsh, will simply become agencies to enforce the will of Government.' Discuss.
If you'd like to take part, please first register your interest with Bob Keats, Treasurer of CIH South East. Final submissions needs to be with Bob by 20 January 2010.
The winning student(s) will be announced both here and at the South East Annual Conference in Brighton in March 2010.
Please note that you will need to pay for your own evening meals, travel, and travel to and from the airport in the UK. Travel insurance isn't included in all cases.
