The Summer Event aims to share good practice and provide networking opportunities for frontline housing practitioners. We will have practical workshops on housing case law, short-notice inspections and customer insight and equalities impact assessments. As well as a career development workshop, there will be a masterclass on rent collection, financial inclusion and housing benefit reform.
Alistair Mcintosh, Housing Quality Network, will give our opening plenary on the future for housing services and Martin Hilditch, Inside Housing, will discuss the key issues facing housing over the next twelve months.
