About the event
This year's CIH South East Older People's Services conference explores the challenges facing providers of housing and support in light of the National Strategy for Housing in an Ageing Society.
Jane Minter from Housing 21 will set the scene. And research fellow, Karen Croucher will be speaking about what older people would really like to see in the future, based on research carried out by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation including the New Horizons Programme 'Housing Choices and Aspirations of Older People'.
Who should attend?
This event will be of interest to staff working in sheltered housing. It will appeal to scheme managers as well as policy makers and strategists. Colleagues in health and welfare roles will also find this conference of value.

The Hawth Theatre is a modern purpose-built arts and entertainment centre. It has excellent rail and motorway links, and free onsite parking. Three Bridges and Crawley rail stations are approximately 15 minutes walk away, and have taxi services available.
