'Learning to be Active', a resident empowerment event, Sevenoaks

Home Ownership discussion group, Chatham
An informal discussion group that meets quarterly to discuss issues like low cost home ownership, leaseholder complaints, HIPs, sub-letting and leasehold inspection and management issues. The group normally runs from 10.00am-3.00pm and is open to everyone. Lunch is provided.

Older Person's Services Conference
This year's conference explores the challenges facing providers of housing and support in light of the National Strategy for Housing in an Ageing Society. Jane Minter from Housing 21 will set the scene. And research fellow, Karen Croucher will be speaking about what older people would really like to see in the future, based on research carried out by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation including the New Horizons Programme 'Housing Choices and Aspirations of Older People'.
