Housing law update, Ark Conference Centre, Basingstoke

It's essential for housing professionals to keep up to date on housing law - the whole life of a tenancy is regulated by law. This event takes a closer look at developments in key areas of housing law, providing practical advice on the implications of the latest case law and legislation for housing organisations. It examines the scope of new obligations, and how reasonable adjustments can be made.

Sessions include housing management, managing and defending disrepair claims, anti-social behaviour, and the Regulatory Act. Confirmed speakers include Rebecca Cattermole, Arden Chambers; Tim Crook, Housing Law Services; Daniel Skinner, Batchelors Solicitors and Andy Ballard, Shoosmiths Solicitors.

Delegate rate: £70 (plus VAT), CIH members: £50 (plus VAT). You can earn up to four hours towards your CIH CPD.
